Creator Experience Longterm

Creator Experience Longterm

“How can we make this better?” As customer behavior gets studied and the customers themselves help co-create your sales bundles and even products, the line blurs between who is the innovator and who is the customer. The role of SEARS evolves to be that of facilitator and logistics manager.

Imagine a customer having ordered her outfit 3-d printed online, arrives at the store and decides to try it on, inspiring other people to purchase the same style.

Imagine a Sears home complete with appliances, furniture, clothing, and even consumables entirely delivered to the customer on a subscription basis.
